Pop's Signature Italian Roast

A favorite of grandfathers everywhere, this is an extra dark, oily roast made from Central American coffees for deep, heavy coffee flavor. Origin characteristics are diminished and acidity is non-existent. Pairs well with bocce ball and Chivas.
